Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Auto-matrix NB-ASC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Osai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Landis--Gyr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Osai such as the OS5001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PXC100PE96A manufactured by Landis--Gyr and we are pleased to be able to service most Landis--Gyr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI21100S2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Modicon Brand PC0984685 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by American-Auto-matrix such as NBASC equipment made by American-Auto-matrix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire American-Auto-matrix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "American-Auto-matrix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PCL984785L made by Modicon as well as the popular QHMV306 original spares produced by Asea

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSA25NN40E3 by Actus-Power and NBASC spares by American-Auto-matrix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFS3611 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Texas-Instruments.
